• Booking and quote requests: your name, phone number, email address, pickup and destination addresses, date and time, number of passengers and pieces of luggage, flight number and arrival details for airport transfers, and any notes you add.
• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message.
• Technical data: the hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and troubleshooting.

Please do not include sensitive information, such as health details, in the notes unless it is needed for the journey.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

• To handle your request, send you a price and carry out the journey: steps before entering into a contract and performance of that contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To answer your questions: our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• To meet tax and accounting obligations for completed journeys (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We do not use your details for advertising and we do not sell them.

4. Who receives your data

• Motion Taxi and the driver who carries out your journey.
• Our website hosting provider, which stores the website and its database on our behalf.
• Our email provider, to deliver the messages we send you.

5. How long we keep it
